To speed things up, tell us what you sell, your average order volume, and whether you need fulfillment from our China warehouse, private label and custom packaging, or a dropshipping setup.
For scaling brands, we usually start with a short call to map your supply chain: current suppliers, product categories, target markets and shipping expectations. From there we prepare a sourcing proposal with pricing, lead times and shipping options — you review and approve everything before production starts.
